Behind Fendrix: Real People, Real Solutions

We're a small team of developers from Willisau who got tired of businesses struggling with repetitive tasks. Since 2019, we've been building scripts and bots that actually work for Swiss companies.

How We Got Started

What began as weekend projects between friends turned into something much bigger when we realized how many businesses needed help with automation.

2019 - The Basement Years

Started in Marcus's basement, helping his dad's manufacturing business automate inventory reports. What took 4 hours manually now finished in 15 minutes. Word spread quickly around Willisau.

2021 - First Real Office

Moved to Steimatt Nord when we landed our first big client - a logistics company that needed customer service bots. Suddenly we weren't just weekend developers anymore.

2024 - Growing the Team

Added Elena, our first full-time developer who brought fresh perspectives on AI integration. We're still small enough that everyone knows each other's coffee preferences.

What Drives Us Every Day

Practical Solutions

We build things that work in the real world, not just in demos. If it doesn't save you actual time or money, we won't suggest it.

Honest Communication

No tech jargon, no overselling. We explain what we can do, how long it takes, and what it costs upfront. Swiss straightforwardness at its finest.

Local Support

When something breaks at 2 PM on Tuesday, you can call us directly. We're in your timezone, we understand your business culture.

How We Actually Work

Every project starts the same way - we sit down with you (usually over coffee) and figure out what's eating up your team's time. No sales pitches, just questions.

Then we build a small prototype. Something you can test with real data, real workflows. If it doesn't feel right, we adjust it until it does.

  • Week 1: Understanding your current process completely
  • Week 2-3: Building and testing the first working version
  • Week 4: Training your team and fine-tuning everything
  • Ongoing: Available for questions, updates, and improvements

Most of our best clients started with small projects that grew into bigger partnerships. That's exactly how we prefer it.
